Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription payments are billed
monthly in advance.
Subscription Term
Subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 12 months. If a subscription is cancelled within the initial 12-month term, the
remaining balance for that term will become payable in full.
Ongoing Subscriptions
After the initial term, subscriptions automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in writing.
Notice of Cancellation
Clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the end of the subscription term if they do not wish to
renew.
Payment Methods
Payments are currently managed via invoice. In future, payments will be processed through a reputable direct debit or payment
gateway.
Updated terms will apply at that time.
Refunds
Refunds are not generally provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
